A dust removal and desulfurization multiplier and a wet desulfurization device comprising same. The dust removal and desulfurization multiplier comprises a cyclone cylinder (45), a blind end cylinder (1) provided on the cyclone cylinder (45). Cyclone blades (23) are mounted on the blind end cylinder (1). When smoke passes through the dust removal desulfurization multiplier, gas-liquid impact and rotational flow are generated at the cyclone blades (23) and the wall of the cyclone cylinder (45). A sieve plate (6) having a preset hole fraction is provided over the cyclone cylinder (45), and the sieve plate (6) makes droplets blocked inside of the cyclone cylinder (45).
