Disclosed are a conjugate of dezocine and polyethylene glycol and a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein same have better pharmacokinetical properties and a high drug absorption degree, can decrease the side effects of drugs, and can realize clinically smaller administration dosages and more diverse modes of administration, such as oral administration. Compared with dozocine, the conjugate has a stronger analgesic action and a longer analgesic duration, can decrease the number of times of drug administration and improve patient compliance, and has advantages in terms of the effectiveness and safety of the drug, as well as drug-tolerance, etc.
