A numerically-controlled machine tool (10) and rotation speed adjustment method for a spindle motor (11) thereof, comprising: detecting an actual rotation speed value of a spindle motor (11); calculating the rotation speed error between the actual rotation speed value and a target rotation speed value preset by a user; determining whether the rotation speed error is within a preset allowed error range; if exceeding the allowed error range, then adjusting a rotation speed control value on the basis of the rotation speed error; and using the adjusted rotation speed control value to adjust the drive voltage of a spindle driver (13) outputted to the spindle motor (11) in order to implement adjustment of the rotation speed of the spindle motor (11). The high precision factor of the adjustment method of the present solution makes the speed of the spindle motor (11) more stable, and thereby improves machining quality; the adjustment method is simple, saves debugging time, and has a wide scope of application.
