A personal property status assessing method, apparatus, device, and a storage medium. The personal property assessing method comprises: acquiring geo-location fence information of a target area, the geo-location fence information comprising house information and corresponding target users (S10); acquiring user portrait data associated with the target users (S20); dividing all the target users into a seed data set and a candidate data set, wherein the seed data set comprises at least one seed user, and the candidate data set comprises at least one candidate user (S30); training a property assessment model by using the user portrait data of the seed user (S40); on the basis of the user portrait data of the candidate user, assessing the personal property status of the candidate user by using the property assessment model to output a personal property status assessment result (S50). In the personal property assessing method, the personal property assessment result acquired is high in accuracy, objectivity and reliability.
