Disclosed is a flexible tube-assisted delivery device for a radial horizontal well, comprising an oil pipe (10), and a rotating device (20) and two impellers (30) connected to a bottom opening of the oil pipe (10). A top surface of the rotating device (20) is provided with a holding slot (21). A rotating channel (22) allowing passage of a flexible tube (100) is provided internally through the rotating device (20). An inlet of the rotating channel (22) is positioned on a bottom wall of the holding slot (21), and an outlet of the rotating device is positioned at a bottom portion of the side wall of the rotating device (20). The two impellers (30) are symmetrically provided on two sides of the inlet. Each of the impellers (30) comprise an impeller axle (32), a tube (34) sleeved around the impeller axle, and at least three blades (36) fixedly provided outside the tube (34), wherein the blade is provided with an opening at the top thereof. The two impeller axles (32) are provided horizontal to each other. The two impellers (30) rotate in a relative and synchronized fashion such that the openings correspond to the two sides of the inlet, forming a constricted channel tightly clamping the flexible tube. The flexible tube (100) passes through the oil pipe (10), the constricted channel, and the inlet in that order, and then enters the rotating channel (22) and extends from the outlet. A fluid injected from a top opening of the oil pipe (10) drives a downward rotation of the impellers (30) and actuates a downward delivery of the flexible tube (100). The device allows the flexible tube to effectively overcome frictional resistance and achieve continuous and stable delivery.
