APPLICATION OF COMBINATION OF POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL AND LOCAL ANESTHETIC IN NON-NARCOTIC ANALGESIA

摘要

An application of a combination of polyethylene glycol and a local anesthetic in non-narcotic analgesia. The local anesthetic is prepared into a prodrug or a sustained-release preparation; in the prodrug, a high molecular polymer, such as polyethylene glycol, and the local anesthetic are combined by using a covalent bond; in the sustained-release preparation, an auxiliary material having a sustained-release effect and the local anesthetic are combined by using a non-covalent bond such that the drug release speed is slow.
