Disclosed is a multi-transceiver unauthorized user encountering method in a cognitive radio network. The method comprises four stages: an initial stage: setting an initial communication environment; an encountering method selection stage: selecting a channel hop sequence generation method according to the number of transceivers; a channel hop sequence generation stage: generating a channel hop sequence by using a single-transceiver encountering method or a multi-transceiver encountering method; and an encountering stage: making unauthorized users run on corresponding channels and attempt to encounter with destination nodes thereof, if the unauthorized users encounter with the destination nodes thereof, ending an encountering process, and if the unauthorized users do not encounter with the destination nodes thereof, continuing performing the encountering process until the unauthorized users encounter with the destination nodes thereof. The present invention effectively resolves the encountering problem of unauthorized users having different number of transceivers in a heterogeneous cognitive radio network, shortens encountering time and reduces network delay by making full use of the characteristics of multiple transceivers, and increases the encountering probability on a channel with good quality by taking into consideration of the quality of available channels.
