A reflective cover body and a warming apparatus, where the reflective cover body comprises: a cover body base (10), the cover body base (10) being provided in the circumferential direction thereof with a connecting part; multiple fan-like curved thin metal plates (20), the fan-like curved thin metal plates (20) being connected to the cover body base (10) via the connecting part; and an adjusting mechanism (30) provided on a housing and abutted against a designated area of the fan-like curved thin metal plates (20), the adjusting mechanism (30) allowing the fan-like curved thin metal plates (20) to distend around the connecting part, thus adjusting the angle of reflection. On the one hand, by implementing adjustments to changes in a heating area, radiant heat flow distribution on the reflective cover body is adjusted, and requirements for radiant heat flow distributions of different angles are satisfied; on the other hand, the probability of over-concentrated heating caused by a rotating symmetric structure is reduced.
