Disclosed are a production method and production apparatus for electrodeposited cobalt with an integrated manufacturing system, wherein same belong to the technical field of the production of electrodeposited cobalt, and solve the following problems in the prior art: cumbersome process steps, being unable to implement cycle operations, causing atmospheric pollution, complex operations and high costs. The electrodeposited cobalt is obtained by the preparation process described below: a cobalt-containing complex refractory mineral is used as a raw material, and is subjected to processes such as acid leaching and impurity removal so as to obtain a high-purity cobalt chloride solution; the high-purity cobalt chloride solution is electrodeposited through a sealed electrolytic tank to generate an electrodeposited plate and an electrolytic barren solution; the electrolytic barren solution is dechlorinated, the dechlorinated cobalt solution is returned to a P507 extraction process to extract cobalt from the dechlorinated cobalt solution, and then undergoes reverse extraction to obtain an electrodeposition solution at a low concentration; and the electrodeposition solution at a low concentration and the high-purity cobalt chloride solution are mixed and fed into an electrodeposition mechanism for producing the electrodeposited cobalt. The use of the above preparation process has reduced the direct use of cobalt chloride crystals and the amount of water entering the electrodeposition mechanism.
