A method for building prefabricated girderless frames of buildings with kinematic foundations includes making a building frame with no girders, beams or capitals, said frame comprising columns with different cross sections, composite girderless structures, intercolumnar and central floor slabs, and also kinematic and bearing foundations, wherein the top of the kinematic foundations is connected to the columns with different cross sections without the use of monolithic or composite grillage.
