Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a composite-bottomed electromagnetic pot, a dedicated device and an electromagnetic pot. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a plurality of flanged holes (301) on a heating plate (3); manufacturing punches (201) matching the flanged holes (301) on an auxiliary plate (2); and pressing all the punches (201) into the flanged holes (301), wherein the heating plate (3) is closely attached to a plane of the auxiliary plate (2); one part of the flanged holes (301) is fitted with, in the direction of depth, the punches (201) in an embedded manner and with no clearance; and the flanged holes (301) in the direction of depth and a free space portion of the punches (201) are engaged with a pot body after die-cast forming or cast forming, thereby making the heating plate and the pot body be integrated. The manufacturing method can ensure the flatness of the heating plate and can firmly combine the heating plate and a pot bottom.
