The invention relates to a closing device for a garment or a clothing accessory comprising at least two mutually separable parts, of which: a) a rotating part (2) comprising an interlocking element (9) connected to a head (6) adapted to be gripped; and b) a body (3) with a housing (19) that opens on an upper side (11) of said body (3), said housing (19) being adapted to accommodate and block by rotation said interlocking element (5), and, optionally, c) fastening means (4) adapted to fasten said body (3) to said garment or clothing accessory. The rotating part (2) further comprises a seat, a fastening element or being in a shape which allows said rotatable part to be fastened to a second portion of said garment or clothing accessory. Said rotating part (2) and said body (3) are superimposed along the axis of rotation.
