Disclosed is a cooling system for an air- and water-cooled internal combustion engine, the system comprising: a water tank (2) provided with a first water outlet (4) and a third water inlet (3); and a metal hoop (5) for being arranged around an engine body (1) with radiators outside a cylinder liner, with an inner ring of the metal hoop being provided with a ring groove (6) to form a water channel between the inner ring and the engine body with the radiators outside the cylinder liner, and the metal hoop being provided with a first water inlet (7) and a second water outlet (8) in communication with the ring groove. The first water outlet (4) of the water tank is connected to the first water inlet (7) of the metal hoop, and the second water outlet (8) of the metal hoop is connected to the third water inlet (3) of the water tank. Further disclosed is a water cooling structure for an internal combustion engine and an air- and water-cooled internal combustion engine. Such a cooling system for the air- and water-cooled internal combustion engine and the air- and the water-cooled internal combustion engine are not affected by the environment and have a good cooling effect.
