THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSER WITH RAPID TEMPERATURE RISE

Disclosed is a thermogravimetric analyser with rapid temperature rise, comprising a base (1), an electronic analytic balance (2), a circular porous support tube (3), a heating device (4), a temperature control system (5), a glass shade (6), and a data acquisition and analysis device (7). The base (1) comprises a balance room (1-2), a bottom adjustment stud (1-1) and a support boss (1-3), and the electronic analytic balance (2) is disposed in the balance room (1-2). The heating device (4) comprises an inverted U-shaped copper tube (4-1), a metal mesh reactor (4-4) and an electrode. The temperature control system (5) comprises a thermocouple, a signal line (5-4), and a temperature controller (5-3). The glass shade (6) holds and covers the circular porous support tube (3), the metal mesh reactor (4-4) and the inverted U-shaped copper tube (4-1) by means of the support boss (1-3). The data acquisition and analysis device (7) is respectively connected to the electronic analytic balance (2) and the temperature controller (5-3). By using the metal mesh reactor (4-4) as the heating device, the metal mesh reactor (4-4) is in direct contact with particles and heats the sample particles mainly by means of heat conduction and heat radiation, thereby greatly improving the heating efficiency.
