Through the present invention, adequate suppression of flow channel diffusion is obtained even when piping used in an analysis apparatus for HPLC or the like has an extremely small diameter, and liquid can be stably delivered. The piping device for an analysis apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a piping provided with a folded shape for suppressing internal flow channel diffusion; and a member for supporting the piping so as to suppress deformation of the folded shape, the member directly or indirectly contacting the piping from at least one direction.
