Disclosed are a capacitive fingerprint recognition unit for sensing a fingerprint of a user in a capacitive manner by using a TFT sensor array, a capacitive measurement circuit of a fingerprint sensor, and a fingerprint recognition device having the same. The capacitive fingerprint recognition unit comprises: a TFT sensor array including a fingerprint recognition pattern connected to each of a plurality of TFTs; a gate drive unit for sequentially supplying a gate signal to a gate line; an upper switch, connected to one end of each sensing line, for switching output paths of a driving signal for fingerprint recognition and a sensing signal according to the fingerprint recognition; and a lower switch, connected to the other end of each of the sensing lines, for switching the output paths of the drive signal for the fingerprint recognition and the sensing signal according to the fingerprint recognition. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce an error rate of a measured value obtained through the fingerprint sensor by changing a path of the sensing signal via the TFT sensor array from one side to the other side of the TFT sensor array or vice versa, while sensing the fingerprint of the user in the capacitive manner by using the TFT sensor array.
