A method and a device for mapping a network capacity index and a user experience index, comprising: acquiring a network capacity index, using the acquired network capacity index as an input parameter according to a preset mapping model, and outputting a user experience index from the mapping model; and/or; acquiring a target user experience index, using the acquired target user experience index as an input parameter according to the preset mapping model, and outputting a network capacity index matching the target user experience index from the mapping model.
