Disclosed in the present invention are a method and device used for dynamic scheduling in a user equipment and a base station. A UE detects a first signaling, the first signaling being a physical layer signaling. The first signaling comprises a first bit block, wherein the number of bits in the first bit block is related to a transmission mode of the first signaling. The transmission mode of the first signaling is one candidate mode in a plurality of candidate modes. The plurality of candidate modes include at least a first candidate mode and a second candidate mode. With respect to the first candidate mode, the first bit block is transmitted multiple times; and with respect to the second candidate mode, the first bit block is transmitted once. In the present invention, by means of establishing a connection between the load size of the first signaling and the transmission mode of the first signaling, the load size of the first signaling may be reduced, simplifying the complexity of blind-detecting control signalings, and improving the transmission efficiency and spectral efficiency of a system.
