SCRATCH-RESISTANT MASTERBATCH, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF, AND THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPOSED OF SAME

A scratch-resistant masterbatch, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene; 101-300 parts of cubic boron nitride; 10-30 parts of polyethylene-grafted maleic anhydride; and 0-6 parts of processing adjuvant. Also disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for the scratch-resistant masterbatch, an application thereof, and a thermoplastic composite material composed of same. The present invention obtains a scratch-resistant masterbatch by means of performing compounding of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene of a specific number average molecular weight, cubic boron nitride of a specific particle size, and polyethylene-grafted maleic anhydride of a specific maleic anhydride grafting rate, and adds same to a thermoplastic composite material so that the wear resistance and the scratch resistance of the prepared thermoplastic composite material are significantly improved.
