Disclosed in the present invention are applications of a heptatomic-ring berberine analogue and a pharmaceutical composition thereof in the preparation of drugs for treating hematological malignancies. The heptatomic-ring berberine analogue has good inhibition effects of the heptatomic-ring berberine analogue represented by formula (I) on hematological malignancy cells after the structure of the berberine is improved by means of the formula (I); the heptatomic-ring berberine analogue can be used for the preparation of drugs for treating hematological malignancies.
