METHOD AND EXPANSION DEVICE FOR THE MECHANICAL EXPANSION OF A TUNNEL OF A RAIL TRANSPORT ROUTE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE RAILWAY TRACK, FROM A FIRST OLD CROSS-SECTIONAL PROFILE TO A SECOND NEW CROSS-SECTIONAL PROFILE
METHOD AND EXPANSION DEVICE FOR THE MECHANICAL EXPANSION OF A TUNNEL OF A RAIL TRANSPORT ROUTE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE RAILWAY TRACK, FROM A FIRST OLD CROSS-SECTIONAL PROFILE TO A SECOND NEW CROSS-SECTIONAL PROFILE
The invention relates to a method and an expansion device for the mechanical expansion of a tunnel of a rail transport route comprising at least one railway track, from a first old cross-sectional profile to a second new cross-sectional profile inside a cutting section that advances continuously from the start of the tunnel in a working direction, comprising the method steps or devices for ▪ preparing the rail transport route in an advance section running ahead of the cutting section in relation to the working direction, ▪ cutting the rock lying between the boundary of the old cross-sectional profile and the new cross-sectional profile in the cutting section, ▪ completing the tunnel in a post-stabilising section that follows the cutting section in relation to the working direction. The object of the invention is that of allowing the mechanical production of a new cross-sectional profile having a structurally modified tunnel floor, more particularly also the production of a circular tunnel cross-section or the production of a tunnel cross-section with a closed inflected arch, whilst maintaining the rail transport through the tunnel to be expanded. According to the invention, this is achieved by devices of the following design: the system for preparing the rail transport path in the advance section (6) is designed as a device for the mechanical extension of the supporting track bed (9) of the at least one railway track (1) down to a first floor of the old cross-sectional profile (2), said floor being at a greater depth than the original height of the railway track (1); the system for completing the tunnel in the post-stabilising section (8) is designed as a system for constructing a support structure (11) on the floor of the new cross-sectional profile (3), said structure supporting the at least one railway track (1), and for laying down a supporting track bed (9') for the railway track (1); and the expansion device has a support device (10) that supports the railway track (1) vertically at the original height, the support device being designed to be inserted under the railway track (1) in the advance section (6) in the working direction (4) as the expansion device advances and being designed to remove the railway track (1) in the post-stabilising section (8) in the working direction (4) and to place it on the track bed (9'). The support device is supported on the floor of the old- and new cross-sectional profiles (2, 3) in the advance section (6) and in the post-stabilising section (8) by at least one set of respective running gear (12, 13) and spans the cutting section (5).
