A flexible NFC temperature sensor tag, according to the present invention, comprises: a flexible printed circuit board including a printed circuit area formed according to one printing scheme from roll-to-roll gravure, offset, gravure-offset, reverse offset, and screen printing; a near field communication chip manufactured based on silicon technology and is bonded to the printed circuit area through continuous steps; a temperature sensor adhered to the flexible printed circuit board using a conductive adhesive; a microprocessor chip for saving temperature sensed by the temperature sensor when the sensed temperature satisfies a preset condition; and an electrode formed by being printed on a conductive film; and a secondary battery for providing power to the microprocessor chip.
