Disclosed are an in-gasifier self-circulating fluidised bed gasifier and a stepped constrained wind air-distribution plate (2) therein, wherein the stepped constrained wind air-distribution plate (2) comprises an air-distribution plate body (200) and a gas and material mixture through hole (203) and a plurality of vent holes (201) located in the air-distribution plate body (200), the gas and material mixture through hole (203) extends from a top face of the air-distribution plate body (200) into the air-distribution plate body (200), gas outlets of the plurality of vent holes (201) are in communication with the bottom of the gas and material mixture through hole (203), gas inlets of the plurality of vent holes (201) are located on the bottom face of the air-distribution plate body (200), and the vent holes (201) are of a curved path design. Compared with the prior art, by providing the arrangement of the curved path of the vent holes (201) of the air-distribution plate (200) and integrating gas outlet ends of the vent holes (201) into the same large aperture channel, i.e. the gas and material mixture through hole (203), the stepped constrained wind air-distribution plate (2) introduces air into the gasifier as a clustered stepped constrained wind, and effectively prevents solid phase matter in a gasifier chamber (1) from leaking into a gas chamber (3); and the in-gasifier self-circulating fluidised bed gasifier can realise self-circulating combustion gasification multiple times in the gasifier, and has the advantages of good control of gasification temperature in the gasifier, a high coal gasification rate, and no ash leakage.
