A system for monitoring ground pre-grouting of a newly-built deep vertical shaft under the condition of adjacency to an existing mineshaft, comprising: a grouting pressure control system (1) arranged in a ground pre-grouting pump station on the periphery of a newly-built deep vertical shaft (22) and used for monitoring a change value of a grouting pressure; an automatic water level monitoring system (2) arranged in an observation hole (24) between the newly-built deep vertical shaft and an adjacent existing mineshaft, and used for monitoring a water level change value in the observation hole; and a shaft wall pressure relief system (3) arranged on a shaft wall (32) of the existing mineshaft, wherein when a grout pressure diffused and transmitted to the shaft wall of the existing mineshaft exceeds a designed external load value of the shaft wall of the existing mineshaft, the shaft wall pressure relief system automatically relieves the pressure and is used for preventing the shaft wall of the existing mineshaft from being destroyed. The protection of triple monitoring systems is used, so that the system for monitoring ground pre-grouting of a newly-built deep vertical shaft of a colliery under the condition of adjacency to an existing mineshaft is safer and more scientific and rational, the adjacent existing mineshaft can be effectively prevented from being destroyed by high-pressure grout for grouting, and safe operation of the existing mineshaft is ensured.
