An embedded processor-based three-dimensional acoustic imaging real-time signal processing device. The system is of a modular design and comprises an embedded graphics processing unit (GPU) signal processing subsystem (100), a signal interaction subsystem (200) and a signal acquisition subsystems (300). The embedded GPU signal processing subsystem (100) uses a Tegra K1 embedded GPU processor (108) as the core. The Tegra K1 embedded GPU processor (108) has the features of OpenGL4.4, OpenGL ES 3.1 and CUDA, has a high-performance image parallel processing capability and an abundance of high-speed data interconnection interfaces, and is suitable for high-speed data transmission of a three-dimensional acoustic imaging real-time signal processing device and efficient calculation of an image algorithm. Meanwhile, by means of the signal interaction subsystem (200), high-speed data interaction may be implemented between the embedded GPU signal processing subsystem (100) and the plurality of signal acquisition subsystems (300), and the whole device has powerful data interaction capabilities and real-time parallel signal processing capabilities.
