Provided are a speckle three-dimensional imaging method and device based on spatio-temporal combination. The method comprises: selecting a time node from a preset time sequence, and acquiring from the selected time node a set of left speckle image sequences and a set of right speckle image sequences respectively output by left and right imaging devices (S101); performing a temporal correlation operation on the left speckle image sequence and the right speckle image sequence to determine an integer pixel level corresponding point in the right speckle image sequence (S102); performing, according to the integer pixel-level corresponding point, a spatial correlation function, and pixel coordinates of each left speckle image in the left speckle image sequence, a sub-pixel corresponding point search operation in each right speckle image in the right speckle image sequence, to obtain a sub-pixel corresponding point (S103); calculating, according to a time-averaging operation of the sub-pixel corresponding point, a corresponding point to be three-dimensionally reconstructed (S104); and performing at the time node three-dimensional reconstruction by means of the corresponding point to be three-dimensionally reconstructed (S105).
