An SD card-based high-speed data storage method. The method comprises: divide a high-speed data code stream into a plurality of data blocks which are sequentially arranged, and write the data blocks into a circular cache sequentially, the circular cache consisting of N cache sections, the N cache sections sharing one writing pointer, and each cache section having an independent reading pointer; write the data blocks into the N cache sections sequentially, when data is written to the Nth cache section completely, continue writing data into the first cache section, and cycle the operation sequentially; after data is written to each cache section completely, read data from the cache section at a low rate and write the data into a corresponding SD card, so as to complete the speed reduction of data; after the data acquisition work is completed, a controller integrates disordered data into the same SD card in an original sequence, so as to complete the storage of all the data.
