Disclosed is a claim settlement bill recognition method, apparatus and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: when a claim bill to be settled is acquired, comparing the claim bill to be settled with a pre-stored bill template, and confirming, according to a comparison result obtained by comparison, the authenticity of the claim bill to be settled; when it is confirmed, according to the comparison result, that the claim bill to be settled is an authentic bill, recognizing each field in the claim bill to be settled to obtain field information corresponding to each field; and prompting, according to the field information, a member of the reviewing staff of the claim settlement system to implement a claim settlement operation. The present application realizes, via various types of pre-stored bill templates, the automatic recognition of the authenticity of a claim bill to be settled and the automatic recognition of semantics of each field in the claim bill to be settled to obtain a recognition result, so that a member of the reviewing staff of the claim settlement system implements a claim settlement operation according to the recognition result. The operation process for claim settlement is simplified, the number of manual operation links in the claim settlement process is reduced and the error rate of the claim settlement process is lowered.
