Disclosed is a three-dimensional physical simulation experiment device for microbial enhanced oil recovery, comprising a pretreatment module, a fluid module, a model body assembly, an output liquid metering module, a computer measurement and control module, a power supply module and an experiment auxiliary module, wherein the model body assembly comprises a piston pressing plate (1), a main piston (2), a compression piston (3), a high-pressure chamber (4), and a lower pressing plate (5), with the main piston (2) being fixedly connected to the piston pressing plate (1), the high-pressure chamber (4) being fixedly connected to the lower pressing plate (5), the main piston (2) being in piston cooperation with the high-pressure chamber (4), and the compression piston (3) being in piston cooperation with the high-pressure chamber (4). By means of the piston cooperation between the compression piston (3) and the high-pressure chamber (4) and by filling an air inlet (11) with high pressure air, the closing and opening between the main piston (2) and the lower pressing plate (5) are implemented. The experiment device introduces air, water, oil and sand to the model body assembly, and provides a high pressure, provides a constant temperature by means of a thermotank, and introduces an appropriate microorganism, so as to realistically reproduce underground conditions to simulate the influence of the microbial enhanced oil recovery on petroleum exploitation.
