The invention relates to a TTA implant (12), comprising an implant body (34) for insertion into an osseous hiatus (30) and a first fastening device (48) formed on a proximal region (38) of the implant body (34) for fastening of the implant body (12) to the bone (22). According to the invention, the TTA implant (12) also comprises, in or on a distal region (32) of the implant body, a second fastening device (65) for a flexible fastening means (16), in particular wherein the second fastening device (65) comprises a fastening means channel (58) which is designed and dimensioned such that the flexible fastening means (16) can be passed through the fastening means channel.
