According to the invention, the TTA implant (12) also comprises, in or on a distal region (32) of the implant body, a second fastening device (65) for a flexible fastening means (16), in particular wherein the second fastening device (65) comprises a fastening means channel (58) which is designed and dimensioned such that the flexible fastening means (16) can be passed through the fastening means channel.
