A family health information management system and an information report terminal thereof, which fall within the technical field of electronic information. The method comprises: reading a pre-generated family member information table, wherein the family member information table comprises multiple groups of family member information; sequentially performing data encapsulation on each group of family member information from among the multiple groups of family member information and pre-stored family account data; generating multiple groups of health card header information corresponding to the multiple groups of family member information on a one-to-one basis; and sequentially sending the multiple groups of health card header information to a community health management centre database. By means of a terminal for reporting family health information, health information about a family member can be reported at any time to establish a health information card, and the health information can be viewed at any time, and can be combined with healthcare or medical system information so as to carry out remote health monitoring, consultation, inquiry, etc., thereby facilitating the communication of information between a family member and a community health service mechanism.
