Disclosed are a method and apparatus for realising moving target defence, and a storage medium. The method comprises: establishing several heterogeneous virtual operating environment images, and several heterogeneous user service images; setting monitoring system call information used for identifying a system call needing to be monitored, and the target number of virtual operating environments needing to be created; and according to the established virtual operating environment images and user service images, creating the target number of virtual operating environments, and monitoring a system call in the created virtual operating environments according to the monitoring system call information so as to determine virtual operating environments with any possible security problems.
