The present invention relates to a nozzle block, a wet scrubber device comprising a nozzle block, and a fume hood having a wet scrubber device. An embodiment of the present invention is advantageous in that, as a nozzle coupling portion rotates, a fluid is evenly sprayed across the entire interior of a housing through a spraying nozzle, and the resulting increased ratio of contact between contaminant gas and the fluid substantially improves the purification efficiency. In addition, the contaminant gas and the fluid for cleaning the contaminant gas off flow in the opposite directions such that the contaminant gas and the fluid counterbalance each other, thereby increasing the contact ratio.
