This attendance consistency management system for managing the consistency of attendance information is provided with: a beacon detection result collection unit which collects beacon ID information from a plurality of reception terminals that are distributed along an entry/exit path into a building or office, and that detect beacons from transmission terminals carried by employees, wherein the beacon detection result collection unit records the collected beacon ID information together with detection time information; a detection result calculation unit which creates, for each beacon ID, a table of sequential detection time data, on the basis of the recorded beacon ID information and detection time information; and an attendance matching processing unit which, on the basis of said table of sequential detection time data for each beacon ID, and on the basis of information about regular working hours for the employees identified by the beacon IDs, calculates, for each employee, the earliest detection time, the latest detection time, and the overtime spent after the regular working hours, and determines consistency with attendance information about each employee as declared by the employee, consistency with working regulations specific to each employee, and consistency with the overall working regulations established by the company.
