The present invention relates to a system for speed-power analysis of a sailing vessel in standard sailing conditions, wherein the system allows the energy efficiency of a vessel that is sailing to be provided through analysis of the energy efficiency using: measurement data directly measured from a vessel that is sailing; sailing data which includes climate data about the sailing region; and target vessel data which specifies analysis options and unique characteristic data, including model test data, about the sailing vessel. The system for speed-power analysis of a sailing vessel in standard sailing conditions is configured to comprise: a resistance calculating unit (40) which outputs resistance by calculating and summing at least one among air resistance, added resistance in waves, added resistance due to ocean temperature, added resistance due to steering angle, and added resistance due to drift angle, which act on the vessel and are calculated on the basis of: the measurement data measured from the analysis target vessel that is sailing; the sailing data which includes the climate data for the sailing region; and the target vessel data which includes characteristic information about the vessel and the model test results, or the analysis options; a speed-power analyzing unit (50) which estimates total resistance for speed-power analysis, and corrects the added resistance calculated from the resistance calculating unit (40) to estimate the horsepower in still water, which is the horsepower under ideal conditions; a hull position change power analyzing unit (60) which performs displacement correction and trim correction with respect to the horsepower in still water, and conducts an speed-power analysis in calm water; and a speed-power in standard sailing conditions analyzing unit (70), which performs speed-power analysis in standard sailing conditions, by considering the standard sailing conditions and the added resistance which has been defined.
