In addition, a manufacturing process for the aluminum-free cigarette lining paper capable of keeping humidity constant and preserving quality and aroma is provided. By providing the humidity-and-aroma preserving layer (2), the aluminum-free cigarette lining paper can effectively balance humidity of a cigarette product, remaining quality of the cigarette product.
