Provided are a blockchain-based digital certificate deletion method, device and system, and a storage medium. The method comprises: if respective backup digital certificates stored for each block are invalid according to information of the respective backup digital certificates stored locally for the block, transmitting, to each verification node, a deletion message comprising identifier information of the block, such that the verification node deletes a body of the block when respective digital certificates in the block associated with the identifier information are determined to be invalid.
