Provided are a mapping, operations, and monitoring joint working method and system for an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: selecting position correction points located at the boundary of a work area and around an obstacle; releasing a first unmanned aerial vehicle, collecting GPS positioning information on the position correction points, receiving differential correction information transmitted by an RTK base station, performing RTK differential correction of the GPS positioning information, producing corrected location information; transmitting the corrected location information to a commanding terminal; setting a planned route on the basis of the corrected location information; releasing a second unmanned aerial vehicle, auto-piloting according to a planned flight route and performing an operation; and releasing a third unmanned aerial vehicle connected to a tethering apparatus, the third unmanned aerial vehicle being used for monitoring the operation of the second unmanned aerial vehicle. The system is used for executing the method and comprises a mapping unit, a commanding unit, an operating unit, and a monitoring unit. The storage medium is used for implementing the method when executed by a processor.
