A double-layer overprinted photo-responsive two-dimensional code and a preparation method therefor. The double-layer overprinted photo-responsive two-dimensional code comprises a back lining layer (1), a first two-dimensional code layer (2), and a second two-dimensional code layer (3). The first two-dimensional code layer (2) is printed on the surface of the back lining layer (1), the second two-dimensional code layer (3) is overprinted on the upper surface of the first two-dimensional code layer (2), and only the first two-dimensional code layer (2) is displayed under visible light. The method comprises: sorting two types of produced two-dimensional codes, and then sequentially printing the two-dimensional codes on the back lining layer to obtain the double-layer overprinted photo-responsive two-dimensional code. By means of the double-layer overprinted photo-responsive two-dimensional code, display of double-layer information can be realized, and mutual interference is avoided in the display process, so that the anti-counterfeiting effect is remarkable. The preparation method is simple in operation, wide in material sources, and low in preparation cost, and can realize industrial production, and thus, a new idea and approach is provided for realizing high anti- counterfeiting performance and functionalization of two-dimensional codes.
