An online detection method for a heating energy efficiency ratio and a heating capacity of an air conditioner, comprising: during the operational process of an air conditioner, acquiring a real-time compressor frequency, a real-time indoor temperature, a real-time outdoor temperature, a real-time inner machine rotation speed and a real-time outer machine rotation speed; determining a real-time core energy efficiency ratio corresponding to the real-time compressor frequency and the real-time indoor temperature according to a core energy efficiency ratio reference table; determining a real-time outdoor temperature energy efficiency ratio correction factor according to the real-time outdoor temperature and a rated outdoor temperature, determining a real-time inner machine rotation speed energy efficiency ratio correction factor according to the real-time inner machine rotation speed and a rated inner machine rotation speed, and determining a real-time outer machine rotation speed energy efficiency ratio correction factor according to the real-time outer machine rotation speed and a rated outer machine rotation speed; and determining a real-time heating energy efficiency ratio according to the real-time core energy efficiency ratio and each energy efficiency ratio correction factor. By means of the method, the real-time detection of a heating energy efficiency ratio and a heating capacity under different operational working conditions of an air conditioner can be achieved.
