A solid phase carrier and a test kit used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, which may eliminate a gas-spring effect and render an accurate test result. The solid phase carrier for the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay comprises a shell, as well as a cellulose membrane and a liner which are arranged in the shell and are arranged sequentially from top to bottom; at least one equal pressure through-hole is opened on the top of the shell, and the equal pressure holes are not lower than the cellulosic membrane. The shell comprises a cup-shaped cup body, and the equal pressure holes are provided on the cup body and at a position close to the cup opening.
