Disclosed is an energy storage system of a phase-change material coupled to heat dissipation pipes, comprising: a plurality of energy storage units (1) serially connected along one same central axis, wherein the energy storage units (1) comprise heating channels (2), heat-release circular channels (3) and energy storage circular channels (4) concentrically disposed from the interior to the exterior. The heating channels (2), the heat-release circular channels (3) and the energy storage circular channels (4) between adjacent energy storage units (1) are engagingly connected via slots (5) and are communicated to each other. The energy storage units (1) have pulse dissipation heat pipes disposed therein, and the pulse dissipation heat pipes comprise a plurality of pulse heat pipe branches (6) uniformly distributed along circumferences of the energy storage units (1). The pulse heat pipe branches (6) comprise evaporation sections (7) in the heating channels (2), transmission sections (8) in the heat-release circular channels (3) and condensation sections (9) in the energy storage circular channels (4), wherein adjacent pulse heat pipe branches (6) are sequentially communicated via root ports (14) of the evaporation sections (7). The energy storage circular channels (4) have a phase-change material (10) filled therein, and the energy storage units (1) at the front and rear ends thereof have heat-release circular channel covers (11) and energy storage circular channel covers (12) disposed thereon.
