An automatic light changing welding glass filter (1), comprising at least one liquid crystal sheet (11), two polarizers (13) disposed on two sides of the liquid crystal sheet (11), a driving circuit (15) for driving the liquid crystal sheet (11), and an angle adjusting device (17); at least one of the polarizers (13) is configured to be a rotatable and movable polarizer to change the included angle between light-transmitting axes of the two polarizers (13), and the included angle is adjusted by means of the angle adjusting device (17). In the automatic light changing welding glass filter, at least one of the polarizers is configured to be a rotatable and movable polarizer, so that the included angle between the light-transmitting axes of the two polarizers can be adjusted; the movable polarizer rotates by 0-5 degrees, and therefore the visible light transmittance of the automatic light changing welding glass filter can change within a range of 10-6 to 10-1; in addition, the driving circuit adopts a high-voltage low-frequency work mode, thus reducing cost and the power consumption of the circuit, and meanwhile improving the visual angle response feature of liquid crystals.
