A construction method and apparatus for a futuristic power grid model. The method comprises: acquiring a current power grid model, an equipment power-cut plan, an equipment decommissioning plan, and an equipment addition plan (S101); adding equipment according to the current power grid model, and respectively determining, according to the equipment addition plan, the equipment decommissioning plan and the equipment power-cut plan, an added equipment information set, a decommissioned equipment information set, and a power-cut equipment information set (S102); and setting the state of the added equipment to be a running state, forming an initial network model of each time period according to a timing sequence, and constructing the futuristic network model according to the added equipment information set, the decommissioned equipment information set, the power-cut equipment information set and the initial network model (S103). The futuristic power grid model further comprises a construction equipment and a storage medium.
