SMART AGED-CARE SERVICE INFORMATION INTERACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A smart aged-care service information interaction system and method. The method comprises the steps of: receiving an aged-care service request inputted by an old person from an smart terminal; obtaining vital sign data of the old person from a physical sign monitoring device and sending the data to a medical care service platform; receiving a health assessment situation of the old person from the medical care service platform; if the old person is healthy old person, sending the aged-care service request of the healthy old person to a happy aged-care service platform, receiving aged-care service items from the happy aged-care service platform and sending the items to the smart terminal so as to guide the healthy old person to enjoy a happy aged-care service; if the old person is a weak, sickly or disabled old person, receiving from a medical care service platform a medical care scheme given by doctors, and sending the scheme to the smart terminal so as to guide the weak, sickly or disabled old person to enjoy a healthy aged-care service. The method enables the medical resources and old-age service information to be fully shared and utilized, and helps old persons to enjoy the healthy and happy old-age services.
