An intelligent wearable device for preventing cervical spondylosis and an application method therefor. The wearable device comprises an MCU, a G-Sensor, a storage module, a comparison module, and an alarm module. First, the intelligent wearable device is capable of periodically reminding a user to do cervical vertebra exercise to prevent cervical vertebra stiffness caused by long-time working. Second, the intelligent wearable device is capable of reminding the user of standards of the cervical vertebra exercise, and once the user does the exercise severely or at an excessive speed, the alarm module of the wearable device will remind to prevent the negative effect brought by intense exercise.
