The present invention relates to the technical field of communication devices, and in particular to a space stereo phase shifter for a base station antenna. The space stereo phase shifter comprises a conductor shell which is internally provided with multiple layers of conductor cavity and feed network assemblies arranged in the conductor cavities, and an insulation assembly insulated from the conductor shell. The space stereo phase shifter further comprises a transmission line, which is used for connecting two adjacent layers of feed network assemblies and which is insulated from the conductor shell. The present invention places a feed network assembly in a conductor cavity in each layer, and uses a transmission line to connect feed network assemblies arranged in two adjacent layers of conductor cavity so as to form a space stereo feed network, such that the width of the feed network is reduced by 50%, and when the space stereo phase shifter is used for a base station antenna, it is possible to have enough space to design a cable-free highly integrated beamforming network, thereby improving the production efficiency and consistency of the antenna, saving on materials, reducing costs and facilitating transportation.
