The present invention provides a non-powered nano micro-mesh based real-time flow-type oil return vessel. A non-powered nano micro-mesh based real-time flow-type oil return vessel according to the present invention as described above comprises an oil-water separation module mounted on a hull thereof, wherein the oil-water separation module is lowered to perform non-powered oil-water collection/oil-water separation in a vessel propulsion direction only during an oil-water separation operation, and is raised over the water surface to minimize a fluid resistance to the hull when the vessel navigates. Accordingly, the vessel can simultaneously achieve both improved oil-water separation efficiency and smooth navigation under the condition of minimal power consumption, and has a structure capable of separating water, contained in running water introduced as rapidly as the speed of the vessel by the propulsion of the hull, from oil while the running water passes through a nanofilter, so that the vessel can have a maximized oil-water separation efficiency without energy consumption.
