An industrial aquaculture water-pollutant separating and filtering apparatus, comprising a main barrel (13), multiple water-pollutant separation and filtering apparatuses disposed in parallel within the main barrel (13) at a lower part, and multiple layers of filter material (12b) disposed within the main barrel (13) at an upper part, a water-pollutant separation and filtering apparatus comprising: an outer barrel (1) and an inner barrel (5) disposed within the outer barrel (1); a top part of the outer barrel (1) is provided with a water inlet pipe (2) and a water outlet pipe (3), and a bottom part of the outer barrel (1) is provided with a pollutant discharge pipe (4); a top part of the inner barrel (5) is closed, and a bottom part has mounted thereon a funnel structure (6) having a gradually decreasing diameter, an opening (7) of the funnel structure (6) facing the pollutant discharge pipe (4) and having on a side wall thereof multiple holes or slots; the water inlet pipe (2) has mounted thereon a rotary diverter (8) after penetrating the top part of the inner barrel (5), and the main barrel (13) is provided with a main water outlet opening (14), a main water inlet opening (15) and a pollutant discharge pipe (10b). The holes or slots on the side wall of the funnel structure (6) can decrease impact force of water flow, strengthening particle pollutant precipitation functionality; during a backwashing process, floating filter material (11) in a gap between an outer barrel (1) and an inner barrel (5) circulates, rolls and rubs against itself, thereby causing adhered particle pollutants to be removed and discharged by means of the pollutant discharge pipe (4). In this process, cleanliness of the floating filter material (11) may be monitored by means of a transparent outer barrel (1), which is very convenient.
