The present invention relates to a method and a system for testing a control logic program of a nuclear power plant programmable logic controller (PLC). A system for verifying the control logic program comprises: the PLC driving the control logic program; a simulation PC transmitting input data for verifying the control logic program to the PLC, receiving an estimated output value with respect to the input data from a user by using a control logic suitability determination software installed therein, receiving a result value of driving by the control logic program from the PLC, comparing the estimated output value with the value received from the PLC, and outputting a compared resu and an engineering PC transmitting the control logic program to the PLC.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
